Recommendations please
Sam! I like the blog. I may not have much to say about Econ but I have a book to share which I think is an excellent read for anyone but more so for people our age who are just starting off in the adult world and hope to attain financial security for ourselves and our children. Especially since as you say we don't have a whole lot of good role models in the world of finance in Kenya. It's called 'THE MILLIONAIRE NEXT DOOR' by Thomas Stanley and William Danko. My dad got me curious when he kept saying how he wished he'd read such a book when he was my age. It's basically a guide to accumulation of wealth - easy to read and made a lot of sense to me.
Thanks Faith. I will look it up in the library and the book shop although I have been saving up for some other book. Thanks so much for your contribution, If I ever make adsales I will be sure to hola at you. Oh and I could be coming to Malaysia for one semester next year. Be sure you're hosting me... bye
Haha, sure I'll host if you holla early enough.
